A Question about Google Webmaster and Analytics

Query (or the keyword entered) > Impressions (On your website) > Clicks (number of visits?)
I was expecting the Clicks for a certain keyword in Webmaster to be equal to the Visits in Google Analytics for the same keyword with the same Date Range.
Perhaps, it shows 90 clicks in webmaster tools and 200 visits in Google Analytics? How do I interpret this difference of data?
