Can Clickbank Sales letters rank well?

We all know Google isn't too fond of websites with the intent of selling one product, because it would rather show internet users informative than commercial websites. Now, can a Clickbank-oriented site rank in, say, the top 3 or 5 for its sales letter page? And I mean such sites that are less than 18 months old, because it seems anything above that will always rank for at least something.
