Website gone from Bing/Yahoo

I updated a site for a customer a few months ago and once done, it completely disappeared from Bing (site:http://www.x.com = not found). All links that were obtained happened organically (around 500 over 10 years). The site remains ranked very well in G.
All the page names are identical except one which is using an htaccess to do a 301 to the new page name. Outside of that, I can't think of anything they may be having a problem with.
I submitted an xml sitemap around three weeks ago and it still shows as "pending". Three weeks to download a sitemap seems a bit excessive.
This is a local business that has been in the same physical location, with the same website since 2003.
Any ideas? Thanks!
