Regular Or Reciprocal Links? What Is Best?

I am making backlings from directories to increase my website pr. What is the difference b/w a regular link and a reciprocal link? Thanks.

    What do you mean by regular link? do you one way to your website? If its the later then it would be a whole lot better since a reciprocal link will let give one of yours. Sorry I just don't what is a regular link..

    Like Oling said, I'm also not quite sure what you mean by a "regular link". If you mean a link that is not reciprocal (aka: one-way link), then a one-way link is far better than a reciprocal one.

    That being said, don't put a whole lot of hope into any and all directory links. Some directories are quite good while others are nothing much better than link farms.

    What I mean is that most directories ask if you want "A regular link" or "A reciprocal link" Just wanted to know what is the difference. Thanks.
