Google places- IM LOOSING MY MIND!!!!

Its very simple.
I created a page on Google places.
WhIle waiting to card with the pin code to arrive by mail my address and my business name have changed.
So I went to Google places - edit the information and wait to card to come my mail.
The card has arrive i enter the pin code and now i can see the page.....BUT with the old details, with the old business name AND i cant see the picture i uploaded, the video i uploaded , i ask customers to write review and i cant see them!
Im looking for already 4 hours - reading article- reading Google forum to understand why its happen and still have no idea!!!!!!

Anyone? please?
What going on here????
I have to say that in the dashboard in my Google account i can see the new details and i can see the pictures i uploaded and everything but when i go to see it online its all empty!

    The card you got was for the original entry. There will will be another card on the way and when you enter that code it should update to the new information.

    Thank you! i dont think you are right because its show me that the card is active and there is no place for this listing to add a new pin number.
    I also saw that its happen to a few users but i cant see any answer to this problem.

    Thank you- but like i said in the dashboard i can see the update details but on the public page its the old details. Its like i have nothing to edit on the dashboard but when im going to see the details on the public page i cant see it....i actually cant see nothing--the pictures, videose ....and i only see the old address and name. not the one that i update.
