how to add keywords (meta tags) to a BLOGGER blog?

first off, i want to know if i'm right that keywords and meta tags are the same thing.

if yes, then i want to add meta tags to my blog techztricks.blogspot.com.... but cant figure out how... can anyone please tell me that..
