How to get backlinks as a PLR site?

I just started a PLR website and I'm very proud of it. Of course, I want everyone else to be proud of it too, so I was wondering: how do I get backlinks to my site?

I would normally do article marketing, and maybe that would work, but it just seems like article directories don't like people marketing their plr site. So, what is the best way to get backlinks for this type of website?

Any help would be appreciated.

    i think you need to find a way to spun your PLR articles to make it unique articles
    back linking is better to be done manually, like forum and blog commenting

    It's PLR. so you should try to do backlinks manually.
    Google it !
    For example :
    site:edu inurl:blog "leave a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in to comment"
    Paste in to google, and leave your blog comment, including your link
