Got Thousand of dead backlinks - traffic down

It's so that I received soon 2k dead backlinks from a site that doesn't exist. And they do inrease as google update backlinks stats.
I wonder about how I can fix this problem?
Because my google traffic have been sinking a lot compared to last week (about 1/3 of the organic traffic)
