Low competition in Adwords means that there is no traffic for specific keyword? or What..

for ex: if one keyword has 50,000 Exact match .. But Adwords competition is low..Is this means that if I rank for the keyword I will have no traffic???

It means that nobody is targeting this keyword via its AdWords campaign. Which means that there are no targeted ads for this exact keyword.
    Peace.

It depends, you can still get profit from some close keywords, especially if your website is a commercial one. But in case of micro niche website and targeted keyword with low competition - yes, it won't be that profitable.

It would be profitable in case more people try to advertise their website for this keyword
