Reccomend (ONE) Paid High PR Backlinks Service, Non-Spamy, for Money Site. What would you pick?

Looking to do around 150 High PR Quality links (purchased not rented), non-spamy, for business money site.. What would you recommend or what would you pick? Need a tiny SEO push in the right direction, curious to see what you all would buy. I've used a bunch of different services in the past, seeing if there's anything new or something I've missed.

    Haven't used them but there's a high PR network that has great PR distribution and from the reviews, looks like an excellent option: High PR Network - Shopping Cart

      Do NOT use high pr network. I wasted so much money on them and my rankings went down. Not to mention i had to wait 3 weeks just to hear that my order was confirmed

        Do you think all high pr networks are like this? Just because one network might be bad doesnt mean every network is.

      If you are looking for 150 high PR backlinks that are quality links, you will be paying through the nose. 150 of those kind is a tall order. Granted, I don't know what keyword you are trying to rank for and what your financial situation is like, but it is unlikely you need that many. Assuming you really do mean QUALITY and HIGH PR.
