    Yes.. It is very hard to achieve a better rank than 3 in most cases, because each site that promotes this product is trying to rank for the same keyword and the competition is incredibly high...

    That is too broad of a question. As with any niche, you have to do the niche and keyword research to see what products and what keywords are rankable.

    As with anything, some will be easier and others difficult and some, next to impossible.

    It is all in the research so that you find this out first as the most important step.

    Do the research to find out if a niche or product has a market that is profitable and easily reachable by you.

    Yes and no.

    The question is pretty meaningless, as there is a huge spectrum of niches and the difficultly to rank for them ranges from super-easy-do-it-in-my-sleep to omg-i-will-never-rank-in-a-million-years.
