Flipping Ad-sense Micro Niche Sites

After trying every business module and having great success i am looking into this thing as well.
So far i have find three emd's with half an hour work ... I m pretty good at doing reverse engineering ... (:
Each emd with more than 1500 local searches per month EXACT match. And more than 1$ PPC.
I have not checked competition yet but things looks good as i can see .blogspot blogs ranking there, I HAVE DONE BETTER.
Will i be able to flip them for 400$ to 500$ THREE OF THEM IN A SAME LISTING after a month?
I will add 10 unique articles to each targeting more less competitive keywords.
WILL YOU BUY THEM AT THAT PRICE (:

        I have been intensely studying and implementing this for 5 months, its in no way easy, You sound like your questions are putting the cart before the horse

        sure you can flip adsense sites everyone knows that , on flippa
        but you have to earn the income steady for about 3 months before you can verify income track record to do that. Dont you read any of the threads ?

    The thing that inspired me to jump into this business was a listing from flipa where a guy sold three micro niche sites with 1000 local searches per month for more than 2000 $.
    And those 3 micro niche sites were making 400$ per month passive income.
    And i found pretty similar keywords with better searches and HIGH PPC.
    But i am just curious, Never thought about adsense that way. The fliping way.

      If you want to start flipping sites it is best to start at the beginning.

      Start by creating profitable sites first.

      Aim to create sites that are making at least 10% of what you want to sell it for. There is a possibility that you can get more for it, but aim for the 10% mark first.

      If you want to selll a site for $400, make sure that it is at least making $40/month consistently for 3 months straight.

      Once the site is created you are going to need to get your keywords ranked to get traffic. That is going to be your main concern at first; ranking your keywords. Once you are getting traffic to your site, you can then mess around with CTR with the ads. If they are converting already without messing around with them, then awesome.

      But don't stop there, keep going until that site is on the income level you want to be at before you flip it. So if the traffic from the first keyword isn't do it, then go on to the next, and the next, and so on and so forth until you reach the income level you are comfortable with.

    While flipping adsense site's site, revenue is the main factor that determines the price. The model is Price=Adsense Monthly Revenue X 10. So to sell them at that price you have to generate passive $40-$50/month from adsense.
