    I have, but I've only outsourced work to people I could trust. Search the BST of webmaster forums like this one and find a provider who has good reviews.

    I have done my own SEO and itv takes a lot of hard work, but really isn`t rocket science. I would suggest you look into what is required and how to do it on forums like these.

    Pleased to report that I have had good experience of outsourcing SEO.

    There are couple of warriors that I have used in WF who have delivered an excellent result for my clients.

    For fairly competitive keywords, my clients site went from not being in Top 1000 to first page on Google within 90 days and with a maintenance program in place has managed to keep on 1st page of Google.

    Both keywords were in the Top 3 positions within 6 months and saw an increase in traffic of 335% within 12 months.

    I prefer to do on page optimisation for my clients and outsource SEO.
