Using automated tools for directory submission is not advisable. In tool you cannot select the appropriate category for submitting your link.

I am also looking for these tools for directory submission.

Directory submission is more of manual work than you expect.Also,search engines do not prefer a site with directory listing.

I to only use manual labor in that area, it is a much better approach. Might I suggest just sitting down for an hour or two and preparing your material. Do "X" number a day and then, start to submit them.

This is because of a/free listings take months to appear and they want you to upgrade b/ lazy and haven't provided a reciprocal link. Why it seems too hectic for You? All you just need to make different variations of titles using you best keywords and change the description after every 50 directories. You can use an auto form filler like FireForm in Firefox. It is the best tool for submissions.
