Exactly How I ranked site #1 on Google for very competitive term in just 18 days...

Hi Warriors I want to share my method how I ranked site #1 on Google for very competitive term in exactly 18 days, the kw has 2,700,000 quotes results but all sites onto first page are PR 2-4 so I decide to give a try to see if I cam make it, I new that getting Top position for that term is gonna be profitable so I did research to find some auction high PR expired domain using Register Compass tool, with this tool you can see exact PR for every domain so I come across expired domain which was registered in 2009 and has PR 4 I purchased that domain for $40 and purchased new domain from name cheap,exact match domain for that term is already taken including org,com,net biz so I purchased new domain with first kw in it, so here's the EXACTLY what I did:
I used 301 redirect to my new site ,301 permanent redirect on Hostgator, after that I added 1500 word fresh unique content to my home page and optimized with SEOpressor to make sure that my ON page including:

Keyword in Title
Keyword in H1, H2, H3 Tag
Keyword in First Paragraph
Keyword in Middle Paragraph
Keyword in Last Paragraph
Keyword Density 2%
Outbound link

after that I added 5 post pages relative to topic each 500 word unique content and I start to back linking page with wiki links,Senuke X as well getting some High PR links from PR 1-4 ...In the 7 days my site hit page 5 of Google for the targeting kw phrase 6 days later again I got onto first page of Google #8 spot I continued with backlinks and finally I achieved #1 spot last week by march 7 (it took exactly 18 days) the site is still ranked #1 I haven't notice any dancing it's #1 for Google USA using other Internet browser my site is still showing #1 on Google with Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox,Google Chrome,Safari it has been 7 days already and it still #1 on Google, I don't know is ranking gonna last or Google may drop the ranking hope it will stay there for long time, I am promoting evergreen niche ClickBank affiliate offer and site is making 5- 6 sales per day for product that pay about $30 commission exact match kw has 18K search a month in USA and 27K Global...regarding this results I got I would say that 301 permanent redirect is still Powerful regardless of all those changes that Google making...
