Privacy Policy and Adsense

Hello warriors!
Yesterday, adsense banned my friend. They said that your site is not obeying our terms and blah blah..

I checked the site, I see two points why adsense banned him.
1. His site contains images only.
2. He has privacy policy, terms, dmca policy etc pages but not listed in footer (or you can say, every where), he has included a page and then linked from that page to the privacy policy etc pages.

so, for the point 1, adsense do say that just images are not allowed, your site must contain some text along with images. But, as we see 9gag, chezeburger and other humor sites, they have images only but still they run adsense. so, I don't give more importance to this point.

and the 2nd point, please let me know which pages are must for a site who run adsense. and do you think the ban would be because of it?

    Did he scrape all the images on his Adsense site from other sites?

      Not having a privacy policy will not get you banned.
      Google has taken care of that. Ads have a built-in privacy
      policy. This was in response to governments going on the
      offensive about privacy. The point is moot. Oh sure, google
      could get militant, but why? That's not why they ban you.
      A missing privacy policy. People need to get a grip on reality.
      This keeps coming up because people grasp at straws as
      to why they or someone was banned. Oh my, could not
      be stupidity, could it? So it must be something mundane like
      a privacy policy. Mean old google.

      Having just images will not get you banned. Why would
      you think this? You mentioned some. How about sites
      like cooltext.com? I don't know where you people get
      your info from, but time and time again, it just shows
      you are not actually reading anything from google.

      People get banned for doing stupid things.

      Whether you are aware of the stupidity or not, is
      of no concern to google.

      And you know what? If you are an average Joe with a website,
      with nothing else on your mind except having a great website,
      no way do you ever get banned.

      The images are not his property, but for that a clear copyright policy has been stated on his site, as other sides do.

      I appreciate your reply. you stress on stupidity but what could be it. he didn't do anything stupid, first of all he stated privacy policy and copyright policy for what he is doing, i mean copying others' images on his site. besides this, I don't see anything else which you can call stupid. his site is so straight.

      I'll also send you the site in PM if you want to.
