    Not google search engine submission only, there having several search engines, by the way you can submit your site map (xml) in google, that's enough.

    Now a day search engines are smarter than before so there is no need to do Search engine submission. Just post high quality content with proper relevancy and keyword density it is enough to get crawl now.

    Actually My blogs are not cached even afrer 10 days...So if i did seacrh engine submission of that site then may be its crawled....

    There is no need to submit to search engine. That was good 5 years back these days to attract search engines.

    - Update your site with good quality content ( 500 words - 700 words )
    - Update your site map with the above content created link
    - Occasionally get new page created ping as well
