I'm not really an "SEO" guy, but I can give you quick tip to help you figure some of it out.

If you aren't already using firefox, go ahead and download it. There's a plugin for it that works quite well in my experience called SEOToolbar.

You can grab it over here: The SEO Toolbar | SEO Book.com

Once you've got that all installed you can either watch the training videos on the site, or go and do a quick search on google. You should see a bunch of extra helpful information below each result.

If there are "?" after each data piece, just click the question mark and it'll grab that information for you. There are a ton of other benefits to the toolbar as well, so I would really recommend watching the videos to figure it all out.

    Cheers,
    -Adrian

Well, blogspot.com has a high PageRank and the person using is is just piggy backing off of that with a subdomain. A little black hat though and quite spammy.

Hey pal, blogspot has a high PR, but it has nothing to do with the ranking of that particular blog. If that's always the case, all blogspot blog would surely be on top of all searches.

      Good internal linking
      User-friendly site structure.
      Great Contents.

That's the things I saw to that blog, I didn't even look at its backlinks.

Generally, in cases like these, people "pre SEO", meaning they launch a website optimized around a keyword before it is even a keyword.

I am not sure how long the site you mentioned has been up, but I have seen this work in many cases.

That being said, now would probably be the time to start building and promoting sites around the keyword "iPad 4".

Of course, its always a gamble and there are no guarantees.

Sorry, but I didn't find it in ranking.I think to get rank on higher position is not a difficult task but difficult to maintain it.That blog owner has optimized their blog for those keywords and if he has enough backlinks then he can get rank high. But I didn't see that blog in ranking.
