Teach me SEO

Hi i have been here many months now and have read many great threads so i would like to say thank to everyone.

What i would like to do and offer is if someone is willing to teach me SEO and carry out SEO on their sight, i would do it all for free so that i can watch a website get to first page on google.

i dont have much experience with seo only what i have read but i do have a keen interest in IM.

    first you have to make sure that "on site" SEO is very good. I mean the code needs to be clean, don t use table and td, use div , no garbage code , than make the title and metas good for the page and for the keyword that you are trying to promote.
    Have good unique content, try to keep the keyword density at 4-6%. Us the strong tag for the keyword, and link between pages

    i almost forgot, in meta description repeat 3 times the keyword, very important in my opinion , use h1, h2, h3, in the content , in this order , start the page with the keyword and finish with the keyword
