Does 2 links in article resource box hurt?

Hey!

I wanted to ask that does leaving 2 links into an article resource box hurt SEO-wise?

I'd like to leave a link to my blog and a link directly to a squeeze page.

Or would I just get the same optins by just leaving the blog link and having the optin clearly visible on my blog?

No it wont hurt you, just make sure quality of the article content is good & you are posting to good PR article sites.

    I don't.

If anything it helps. More link juice for you.

There should be no problems with a couple of links.

I haven't had any problems putting multiple links in the article resource box.

There won't be any problem, but don't overuse it (don't link to more than 2 pages..) // 2 links are pretty enough!

Yes I agree, in fact author resource is all about 2-3 lines of test... Having more than 2 links in that will irritate users and search engines both.

Yes you can put two links in signature box, you can put your website and blog together in Author Bio/Resource Box.

To be honest, I've always had better results by just placing one link. If you place more links just vary the second link so it isn't 'always' the same two links. That's just my opionion though.

I remember that i ask this question before and the answer i got is that its ok to place two links but never with the same anchor text and never to links to the same url.

No damage done by the two links, but I would ask about the Squeeze Page. Unless it is structured properly you won't keep it indexed for long.

And by structured correctly I mean there needs to be sufficient content for the SEs that they don't see it as a Squeeze Page.
