Does anyone out there know of a good guide that can walk me through the process of finding new hot niches?

I always seem to get stuck on this part so a great guide to finding hot niches would be great thanks.

I don't think you need a guide. Have you ever tried going to the affiliate networks and finding out what products are hot and selling right now?

Find a hot selling product. You can ALWAYS tie the product back to the people that the product is relevant to. It's the people that represent the niches.

    Look here:

"cb-analytics .com", then click on "top products"

There's your list of the ten hottest products / markets online.

Let's take Truth About Abs for example:

Truth About Abs (ranked #5 on Click Bank)

Market = Fitness / Fitness for Fat Loss
Niche = People who want six pack abs, a flat stomach, or want to get rid of belly fat, etc

I wasted so much time trying to find the niches first. Starting with a product that you know is already selling online is by far the better way to go.

Hope this saved you some money,

    Matt

Check out those magazines, google products and actual products that people buy and you will find so many niches. Magazines and google products are very helpful in finding the niche you like to get into.

I would look under the hot popular niches now, then do keyword research for the lesser searched , less popular keywords related to those hot niches. Remember if you get 100 crumbs they can get you almost as much traffic as a popular keyword without the stress of going against the top seo's on earth.
