Which numbers are accurate..Statcounter or Awstats?

When I look at my Statcounter stats for a particular site that is targeting local search terms it shows I only got 19 visitors this month so far, but when I go into my Awstats it shows 86 unique visitors this month.

Which is correct and why the big difference between the two?

    Just switch to jetpack or google analytics!

    I couldn't comment on the items you're using

    I would take the 86 over the 19 though
