Extracting Keywords from Published Blogs

Howdy All,
I have a client that doesn't want to do any keyword research before writing blog posts because he feels that it gets in the way of his writing. I think this is fair enough.
Can anyone recommend a keyword tool that can review a published article and suggest keywords?
Alternatively, is there a keyword tool that would allow my client to dump the entire text of the article into it and have it extract potential keywords?
