Hubpages and Press Releases

A while back - the Panda rollout had Hubpages and PRLog on its list of "content thin" sites and were not giving them a good ranking at all.

Lately, I've been hearing news that Hubpages along w/ PRLog are ranking high and seems to be off the Google's naughty list. Just wondering if this is true - anyone?

    Hubpages is definitely one of the more strict web 2.0 sites out there now. This is a good thing though, as long as you are able to do the work to get one up and keep it up. I haven't come across to many that are all that high in the SERPS, but I know that a few of my older hubs have been taken down since the original Panda update.
