    Hi,
Maybe it is true, the time will show if the web sites based on back links from blog comments will lose PR. In this case will start to remain only good blogs that are not made for spamm.

    Only Google knows for sure.

But if it is true then I understand why they are doing it, blog comments is one the most easiest ways to spam your link, 99% of the time people are posting their link to just get some juice, and not because they really want to comment.

Google are going out with easy backlink schemes, like article sites and probably blogs, and will focus more of their attention of more 'real' links in the social media side of things IMO.

But, any technique Google comes up with will always be able to be manipulated if thats what you want to do, they are just trying to make it as hard as possible, and not as easy as can be, like it was when article sites were doing so well and other schemes.

    Just my opinion though.

I wouldn't count on that. Seems that Google will be the big dog for a few more years at least. Focus on creating quality content and a great user experience. Do this and rankings take care of themselves.

What is the source of this information? I would really appreciate if someone can point me to that source. It would be easy to validate the information then.

IDK the just quoted the guy who said since he wouldn't follow up with an answer, he claims it's in the Adsense TOS but I didn't see it, granted I only looked over it briefly.
