Where Can I Get One Of Those Diagram Programs?

Hey guys I am looking for a simple diagram program to demonstrate link building schemes and what not. Anybody know of a simple free one. I don't need anything fancy. Just something that I can easily move shapes and lines around with.

    I like Google Docs tools for making graphs and charts. If you create a spreadsheet you can place values, then select those fields, right click, and select Insert Diagram. Options from pie charts, geographic comparisons, to bar graphs are available.

    The best part is with Google Docs everything is saved to your Google account automagically on the cloud.
