Best SEO Guide and Social Guide

hey everyone.

I really do not want to go through the wso threads to find the best SEO guide and Social guide. I need to know the best but also the most simplistic guides out there in the WSO space. I need it for my VAs so then can make step by step systems and decisions when working on my sites.

Any recommendations is appreciated.

    There's a few I know of, but they're not WSO's. Where are your VA's from? Personally, I don't feel I should train my VA's, they should know enough to act independently and efficiently.

    Regardless, I may have a few guides I can send to you. Anything in particular about SMM? social media is fairly broad.

    Keyword research is the most important before going for SEO! Targeting wrong keywords would end up nowhere!!

    thanks all... Well I dont want my workers to really know the strategy because they dont last long. I really want pencil pushers cause their mind set is a job rather than 'copy and do' thats why I look for someone who wants a job.
