How to find an aged domain

I would like to pursue a niche that has PR4-6 and domain average age of 14. I started looking on Godaddy for aged domains but can not find one with age greater than 5 with a name that is relevant enough to put a site on.
With a 5 year old domain and let's say I get the page rank up to 2, do i stand a chance in competing with the top 3 given I do excellent on page SEO and out number them in quality and quantity of backlinks?
If not where is a good source to find an aged domain that may help for a project like this?
