Here's a snippet from the patch notes:

- Blog-networks are now properly deactivated. The tooltip should reflect the change.
- Low-quality link detection improved. It should now catch all links below the quality threshold.
- Matt Cutts adjusted to reflect new changes. Should now properly discourage active building of low-quality links. A possible occurrence of compassion fixed.
- Profile-link effectiveness reduced by 15% to reflect changes in company policy.
- Blog-network link effectiveness reduced by 35% to reflect changes in company policy.
- Added new icon for Goole Play.
- Added new icon to several internal tools, including the Banhammer and the Sandbox. These applications should now be easier to find.
- Clients' advertising budget should now better correlate with organic rankings.

I can't believe I missed this memo - I guess it's time to up my advertising budget!

Main Point of Google Panda is Website Content and Link Building because content is a root of any website and link building is the blood so, focus on these method..

Guys, guys, put those pitchforks away! They hurt!

It's not that Google puts out patch notes for every version of Panda they ever roll out. Even the version number is tacked on the side of it by either searchengineland or seomoz.

I'm just trying to make the best of a topic that's headed to page 4, calling at no stations.
