Having trouble loading adsense onto 'zone' theme.

Hi guys, just a quick question really. I have been using the zone and bluesense themes for my adsense sites and I am having the following problem. Sometimes the ads appear the instant I punch in my publisher id, but sometimes it takes a day or two for them to appear. Does anybody know why this is? Also when I asked adsense support to check it out the lady said that she couldn't see my publisher id anywhere. Strange.
