    Look up your website on your mobile phone. Is it usable? Would anyone click through?

    If so, than it's optimized. If not, get it to a point where someone can use it on a phone easily.

      There is a redirect script you need to use in order to redirect people visiting on a mobile phone to your mobile site.

      I actually design mobile sites and can help you get this all figured out.

    Use Basic steps of seo to optimize your mobile site. Use an Emulator to Check Your Work on different browsers. Loading time of your website is as minimum as possible to secure first page position.
