Adwords account blocked, what's the solution ?

Hi guys,
I tried to use a free adwords coupon but google blocked my account, here's the message they sent me :

Dear AdWords Advertiser,

We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. As a result of this review, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads are no longer running on Google. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center.

So when they say : " your account and any related accounts have been suspended " does it mean i can never run ads compains for my website using another adwords account ?

    No problem. You can create new account and run a new ad. Once the account suspended means one e-mail suspended.

    Get a new code and start new ad with new gmail.

      I was running a website about tours in Morocco and travel to morocco packages. I used twice adwords free coupons and then I made changes on my website and after 3 months i tried to use a new free adwords coupon to see if changes I made on my website were good for adwords, but they blocked it and they emailed me this message :

      I want now to use my credit card but i fear it's my website that's blocked and not the only adwords account i have created.

        I Think Changing The Title And Description Would Help You!

        I think you should reply to the suspension notice and ask for some clarity to the exact reason to why your account was suspended and explain your ready to add funds and work from there.

    You can direct contact to Google about this issues or you can create new Adwords about with different bank details.

    I suggest you that, Contact to google and ask about reason behind this.
