    Depends on the OBL on the site. If they are low then yea you will get 2 point something as your PR.
    Also depends on whether or not they are contextual.

      Nofollow links dilute the PR as well, they just do not pass on PR.

    Yep all the information above is correct, if you do a little digging you can find the full PR formula by the way, the only 'unknown' variable as far as I was aware is the dampening factor, which was at 30% a few years ago, but has probably increased since then.

    My advice though, just use PR as a guide not a factor.
