Banned adsense account.? need to go next..?

my adsense account banned. shall i use my family member name with the banned account address with new adsense account.. and shall i use the same IP.

        No you can't, you need to change every thing to get approve another account. thats why adsense is too much restricted then before.

            No you can't use same website. you need another website with quality content to use it with new account. sorry i m not sure about ip detection so i don't want to fire in the sky without round
