ADSENSE Question! Please Please HELP

I have a freebie site, and i was looking at my competitor's site and wondered how they have customized and designed their adsense in a unique creative way where I am having a hard time trying to do the same. As you can see they have made the wide sky scraper unit into a single coupon with the scissors clipping it. I was on my adsense for over an hour trying to replicate or even find out how they did it but i couldnt. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

    I only see one Adsense ad on the front page. It's 728x90. They do sell advertising that is not google

    Perhaps they(womanfreebiesDOTcom) are a premium adsense publisher. Because only premium publisher who can modify adsense ads appearance.

      Looks like that website is publishing ads from Google's DoubleClick.net.
