Has Anyone Ever Tried text-link-ads,com? Thoughts?

I was just at searchengineland and saw this on their sidebar for an ad.
I just signed up but wanted to ask for some reviews before I try it.
The site is TextLinkAds | The Leader in Text Link Search Engine Optimization
Has anyone ever tried it?
They claim they are the largest in text link ads, is this true? Are there better sources of advertising than them?
I just want to try something new for one of my sites as adsense is really not converting in that niche. There are not enough targeted ads to my niche.
