I have a round 800 page views a day now.

I have attachment a screen of my website. Are there any tips to raise my CTR?

I dont want them to be punished my Google, so my question is, raise my visitors or any change I can raise my CTR safely?

Try positioning an add after the content. If the content is good then readers are looking for somewhere else to go after reading the entire article.

Your CTR maybe low for other reasons too so have a look at the ads (use Chrome Incognito) and see if they are relevant enough or worthwhile clicking for the average reader of your site. This is where a lot of people who use AdSense lose out. If the ads are irrelevant then find an offer and make your own ads instead. Sometimes a clickbank product or Amazon item may make you more cash from the same traffic.

As a general rule, the leaderboard works well just below the header, a skyscraper widget in the sidebar, left often better than right, a large box in amongst the content and then adsense links spread throughout the content and at the bottom.

Having said that, the problem is more than likely the relevance of your ads which someone already stated. Go to spyfu and enter your keywords for the pages/posts on your site and see if there are any advertisers - also punch them in google and look at the advertisers? How many are there? Are they relevant?

If not then I would create more content but research that there are relevant ads beforehand. Also some niches just have a much lower CTR compared to normal. Just how it goes.

    Hope this helps.
