Just wanted to know is there any cheap reliable hosting that is cheap for me to afford? Maybe like less than $3/.mo and 99% of the time is UP.

    I personally like BlueHost because of their awesome customer support. However, since you are price driven -- search "Hostgator $3.96" and find the promo code. They seem to be the go-to company when price is an issue.

    Hostgator is a good and fits your needs but its more than $3 per month as i know. Its clear that cheaper hosting, gives you less abilities like disk space, bandwidth and etc. I believe its better to consume a little more money and get better services.
