Does advertising on comparison shopping websites add some SEO value (backlinks) to your website?

Does advertising on comparison shopping websites add some SEO value (e.g. backlinks) to your website? For example if I advertise on Price Grabber they will link the advertised products to my website. However, they can take the products off their website once the daily quota (e.g. $50) is used, and then list them again the next day again. Are those advertised products still considered links, and will they add some SEO value to my eCommerce website?

    Yes, they will be counted as backlinks, but I don’t think that will give you much benefit because you will off after your quota gets over.
    But in terms of traffic, these websites helps a lot.
