    keyword stuffing is filling your pages with a lot of your desired keywords hopping it ranks in top results in search engines but it doesn't give this results and search engines easily detect it.

    Any thing over done is bad. This applies across the board including into eating, exercising etc.. Stuffing sounds bad to me. Just do it naturally and see if the sentence makes sense to you.

    Common sense is needed in everything we do online. You need to have your keywords at least twice in the body otherwise search engines may not bring the kind of right customers to your site or rank you appropriately.

    Keyword stuffing really means that you put too many of the main keywords in one page.

    It looks something like this:

    I wanted to work at home and I was willing to do what ever it takes to work at home and make a living online. On my first work at home venture, I made a whole lot of mistakes. I lost a lot of money while trying to work at home but my spouse encouraged me to keep going and told me that I can really make it and work at home full time at some point.

    See how the work at home is "stuffed" everywhere. You don't want to do that.
