Is this good start for backlinking?

So when I start my new site this was going to be my way of getting backlinks and I want to know if they is a good way or there is better way of doing this

Make Squidoo Lens and link to my site.
Make 3 more squidoo lens and link to the lens linking to my site.

Make wordpress site and link to my site.

make blogspot.com site and link to my site.

Submit a couple of articles and link to my site.


is this good for when the site is new? I figured I would do this when I get my site set up on the first day once I have uploaded content etc.

is this good or no?

    It's alright i guess, personally I think making your own wordpress website takes to long to just get 1 link. What you need to do is get high page rank websites to link back to your website which you can get by commenting on different blogs. You want the page rank to be high on the actual page that you are commenting on. You can also submit some more articles like you said to article directories to get backlinks, you will probably get some traffic through the articles too.

    The method OP described is very good, just use as many domains as you can, and remember to put unique content on those Web 2.0s, and you're golden.

    Try forum posting and guest posts to related niche blogs.Just be sure that your links are do-follow links and do not spam.

    Yes, it's a good start. You can add other strategies too and now with google getting strict, it's more important to focus on quality and be active on social networks.

    Yes you can do it but be careful about number of backlinks you are making for your new site. For example don't make 50 links at the first day even from these quality websites. Do it slowly to get better results.
