hey there guys,

I thought I would put this sort of thing to the warriors since there is just so much info on the site!

There are plenty of these Adsense income websites that are being sold on WF, but which one to choose??

I have seen claims of $20 per month all the way to $5000 per month.

I have seen from $25 per site to $300 per site.

Could anyone please shed some light on what the best "Value for money" would be as far as these go? Also please let me know if you are actually making a good ROI on these sites, since I know how they work in theory.

Thanks guys! Just want to make sure I am getting the right advice before forking out a significant investment towards a few of these autopilot sites.

Kind Regards

Zayne

I would highly recommend *not* depending on adsense only for income. It's so incredibly easy to get banned by clickbombs from competitors.

I was making decent money from adsense until I got the banhammer.

If you want to at least have adsense sites for supplementary income, then look at the general feedback and testimonials on the seller's thread.

      Hey there,

Thanks for that! Yeah I definitely know not to rely on adsense as the be all end all, but it certainly does provide some extra income with very little work, and if it can help out then it can help out of course!

What sort of money were you making from adsense per month and over how many websites?

If they make this much with adsense you know they get a decent amount of traffic so you can always buy the site and promote affiliate products on those websites.

        You are right there,

I mean adsense is not the only source of income potential for these kinds of mini sites, all you need to do is find the right ad for the right site from a CPA network or a Clickbank offer etc.

I just want a strong foothold for a site you know what I mean??

Sounds like a risky investment because you could lose your rankings overnight. Maybe the blog network they're building all their links with gets de-indexed all the sudden and you're no longer getting any real traffic. Risky risky investment.

Well obviously you will want to verify that the income claims are, in fact, true and also where the traffic comes from. Some unethical sellers could be buying traffic to get the income up and then when you buy the site there;s no traffic and no income. So you definitely want to be sure you know where the traffic comes from and if it has a cost.

Also, you should find out what they have been doing to maintain the site as you will probably need to do similar things or you may see a drop in traffic/earnings.

If the site is losing traffic, I would be wary. If traffic is steadily increasing that that would be good.

If you do your due diligence and know what you have to do in order to keep the site earning then it should be a no brainer to invest in one of these sites. Normally I think you can expect to pay 10X - 20X monthly earnings so you would make your investment back in a year or less if you continued to grow the traffic.

I will definitely be making sure all of my traffic is organic thanks!

I believe the main point of these sites it to rank highly for a very low comp keyword, and therefore it is easy to get little bits of highly targeted traffic through to the site.

I buy these sites on a regular basis. I simply buy them, do my own backlinking (which usually isn't that necessary because they're such low competition) and I add a few more articles. I basically pay for the keyword research and the initial articles, setup, and indexing lol. This just allows me to pump them out faster. As for getting the banhammer, you won't get banned unless you do something against the TOS, simple as that. However, JasonParker is right about losing your rankings. That's why I highly suggest a build em and flip em type of business model. I usually let my average sites peak out around 4-6 months and then flip them, that way I don't have to worry about losing rankings. I also try and build a large authority site myself every couple of months. With that said, I suggest buying the sites that the seller doesn't promote with his own backlinks and what not. It's cheaper that way, and you have control over the backlinking, a win-win! Also I suggest researching a building a few sites completely by yourself, so that you know what they should and shouldn't be doing to the sites. And that way you can use the earnings off of those sites to start outsourcing the whole process. That's what I did and I continue to do. If you're really worried about getting banned, then have a look over at adsense flippers, they build like 160 sites a MONTH! They build em and flip em. Just make sure that you read adsenses TOS before you start any adsense endeavor. Hope that helps!

      Thanks For that Jivens,

Thats actually exactly the model I was going to use.

I believe that if I pay say $100 for a site, it brings me in $500 or so of income over 4-6 months and then I sell it on Flippa for around $250 like you say, its an easy business model with a fairly high ROI, and very little tedious work.

Dont get me wrong, I do know how to do basic web design and SEO and all that, but its much easier to just invest a bit of money for someone else to do it, who will more likely do it better than I will.

      Just common sense I guess!

Jivens, Do you buy from any warriors in particular, or do you just buy on Flippa?

    Thanks for the mention, Jiverns!

I would definitely say that buying AdSense sites and converting them to a better form of monetization can be profitable, but it does take some work. Typically, AdSense sites are informational in nature and if you're instead looking to sell something, you'll have to change your copy over to be pre-sell content. You'll have to do that AND hold rankings, add additional content to the sites, etc. Somewhat difficult/challenging, but those that have it down stand to earn considerably more money from the sites.

I would warn Zayne that buying a site for $100 that will bring in $500 in revenue over 6 months is extremely unrealistic. Think about it...would you even consider selling sites for $100 that were going to make around $85/month over the next 6 months on average? No way, right? And if it WERE earning $85/month you'd be able to sell that site for well over the $250 you mentioned. Anywhere from $1,000-$2,000...depending on your trustworthiness and the site itself.

I would say to be very, very careful who you're buying sites from. If they did anything sketchy with the traffic or are tricking you on the details of the site (very easy to do with inexperienced buyers) you could be in for some hurting there...

Thanks for that Reality Check. To be honest I have been wondering that myself, heck if I had the ability to make adsense sites that ran on autopilot and made $85 per month, I would just make a million of them until I was satisfied and then sit back and relax.

The funny thing is that most of them Guarantee income, have a money back period, and have a ton of great reviews! Who is to argue with that?

I mean if it is down in writing, and nothing is delivered, paypal has a 45 day money back period anyways so you could just claim your money back that way right?

Also TryBPO, you seem to built sites like this for a living, what would you propose charging for a site that made around $100 per month?

I've tried a couple of Adsense sites but they weren't
generating much passive income for me. Tried to do
further optimization for some of them but again, not
    too much resulted from it.

    Hey Zayne,

We would make anywhere from $1,800 to $2,500 for a site making $100/month. It depends on whether we sold it on our site (20x) or the multiple we got on Flippa. (18-25X)

That's a pretty high price, comparatively. I think we get that because we are extremely straight-up about the risks. We lay it out pretty directly on our site. If you look at many of the sellers on Flippa, most seem to be hiding something about their site sales and it's taking more of a risk.

@Asher - Thank you...appreciate it! Hope you like our content!
