What changes (if any) have been noticed with the last Google Update with PR.

Has your sites noticed any change with PR or Rankings?

Is back linking to higher PR sites still useful in achieving higher rankings?

From my end things are looking relatively unchanged of late. Doesn't seem to be as drastic an update and the February/March ones

None on my end as long as you provide useful unique content and you are building links naturally you should be alright.

Yeah I stopped paying attention to PR years ago...I'm not sure it's the least bit important these days.

Not a whole lot on my end; increased traffic, if anything. I don't care about PR because Google themselves admit they don't use it as an algorithmic factor; it's purely for public use and is not directly correlative to your SERP placement.

But yes, it's still good to link to authoritative websites =)

      Really?

Get a homepage contextual backlink on a PR 6 website and get
another on a PR 0 website, then report back the difference in
correlation to your SERP movement. Then you will know yourself,

You'd think this would be the case, but i've often found some low PR sites have more of an effect. This is because all we see is toolbar PR, and the real quality of a page can't be determined from its PR alone.

You can get a real quality site that is only a PR1 and get more SERP movement from this than a dodgy PR 6.

Sorry but I gotta disagree a bit here. PR is definitely not the be-all-end-all. But it DOES help factor into rankings.

None, as PR was not updated.

Google last update is Google Panda and after come this, your ranking and traffic depend on content of your website. If you use quality and unique content, you will get high traffic and ranking and if you use low quality content, you will get bad results like high drop in ranking, high drop in traffic.. etc.
