If I'm building a niche site around 1 keyword, do I make more than 1 blog post for that keyword?

for EXAMPLE,

My keyword is Xbox 360. I Buy domain xbox360.com for EMD.

I Make 1 blog post where the keyword I'm focusing is " xbox 360 ".

I then make other long tail blog posts like " xbox 360 games "

or do I make more posts focusing on my main keyword " xbox 360 "

Search for every post another keyword, i think this is the best way to drive more traffic from more long tail keywords, and promote every page. Search engines rank pages not websites

Writing one post on your primary keyword is fine. This will usually be on my home page. Then write other posts on long tail keywords related to your primary keyword.

Its a good idea to use long tail variations within your primary post as well.

If you post content which are relate to your main keyword, its OK and you can do it. But concentrate on your main keyword more than other keywords.

Write additional articles on long tail versions of your main keyword, like "keyword tips", "best keyword", "cheap keyword", "black leather keyword", you get the idea. You can check the adwords kw tool for keyword variations.
