OP - don't read this as me being mean, but you will have a difficult time getting people to post links or mention your blog on Twitter, Facebook etc. until you improve the content.

Simply put, the writing is full of grammatical errors.

I suggest that if you want to compete using the English language, that you get someone to write for you that knows the language better than whoever wrote your current content.

Here are some examples of sentences from your blog that would cause the writer to fail grade school English...

"Bring search engine traffic to your blog is the vital role in Internet Marketing"
"You can Modify any websites with the below steps using chrome bookmarks"

  Blog promotion depends on your content if you have unique and informative content in your blog then people will definitely like it. Update your blog on regular basis and make sure don't use any kind of JavaScript on your blog because it causes problem on cache. Do comments on another blogs of your niche.

There is not any best choice and its better that you use multiple known ways for promoting your blog. For example article submission, social bookmarking, commenting on other websites (not spamming) are some ways you can use for optimizing your website for search engines. Also you should create unique posts to your blog.
