Need Quick Help on PPC Coding...

I am trying to add tracking ID's to a PPC campaign, but don't know the best way to do it, aside from manually. I want to add data from an excel sheet for the destination URL, which would be a grouping of other cells (current destination URL + campaign name + AdID).
The question is - how do I download a form of the campaign to look at, edit, then upload? In the AdWords Editor, I can't. The closest I can get is running a Ad-Level report in AdWords, but I can't upload it...
