My site's URL (web address) is: How To Updates | A Complete Technology Blog

My site is more than one month old. I already submitted my site to google, sitemap http://howtoupdates.com/sitemap.xml
to google webmaster and also added Google Analytics to my site. but still when i search my site in google search, i cannot find it. Even the search is not displaying my site's home page. I updates my site 2-3 times in a week. Please someone tell me the problem and how to solve it.

Thanks
Ishan

I think your website is new and it usually takes some days and maybe some weeks for new websites to be indexed. Try to make some quality backlinks for your website from article directories and social bookmarking sites to help it to get indexed faster.

It looks Weird actually, As you are posting blogs on SEO technique and you are asking the same here. Anyways it is a good sign that you are updating your site with content on regular basis. But it is also important to update with fresh and unique content. Start working on off page SEO factors aggressively.

    Hello,

Did you do any fance link building, I mean spamming the site with back links? Did you submit your website to directories to get it indexed?

Please give me some more information about what you did to promote your website.

    Steven

First check webmaster tool weather your website is showing some errors or not if you have made robot.txt file for home page then Google boot will not crawl your website and if every thing is going correct just try to build some links for your website or post your website to social bookmarking website where Google boot loves to crawl new content and their is more chance of your website getting indexed.

People gave you a bunch of suggestions. An update on what you did and what happened would be helpful if you wanted further advice.

What is the focus of your site. Maybe google is confused what the site is about. Just topic updates for users is a hard idea for the robots to fathom. The bots look at words to determine the main focus of the site. May be an idea. Hope this helps, maybe you could put the different topics into categories. Also since a lot of tech info could bookmark in technorati.

It takes time for new sites to be indexed, but a month does seem a little excessive. I would work on building quality backlinks to increase your page rank. Good luck.

Did you do any blackhat SEO on the site at all? That could cause your site not to appear in the SERPs.

If that's not the case, don't worry about it and simply keep adding more content and creating backlinks to the site. You'll get indexed in no time.
