To see what is indexed you can just search:

    site:youtsite.com

this should show every page that has been indexed, roll over the >> on the right and clixh the cached on the far right to see the index/cache date.

The free tools I know, like SEO Power Suit only examine top 10 pages.

Keep in mind it may take a little while for new blog posts to appear in search results. If you use WordPress, the XML Sitemap Generator plugin and submitted the sitemap to Google's Webmaster Tools, indexing in Google is pretty quick.

Thanks all, just used the Google XML Sitemaps and here is the result:
Your sitemap was last built on 12/04/2012 2:06 PM.
Your sitemap (zipped) was last built on 12/04/2012 2:06 PM.
Google was successfully notified about changes.
Bing was successfully notified about changes.
Ask.com was successfully notified about changes.

So I guess it auto pings the search engines and i dont need to copy and paste them manually.

    Thanks

Just ping your post as soon as you create it (pingler.com or pingomatic.com).

2-3 days later, just go on google.com and type in "www.mysite.com/my-post/" and you will see if its indexed.

If you wanna get it indexed really fast you can try my method, on How to get your site indexed by Google in 30 mins .

    Hope this helped.

Create good non copy paste content, google will crawl your site sooner or later and voila!!, youre in search engine. You might want to create a few backlinks to it as well just to speed this up
