Affiliate Links in a Post Panda World

On my site - I have about 1000 product pages. On each page i have:

1 affiliate link going directly to the manufacturer's product page
1 affiliate link going to the manufacturer's home page

For the second link I have set up a simple 301 redirects in my .htaccess file, so the links on my site look something like this:

www.mysite.com/go/affiliate1

I have noindexed the affiliate links in my robots.txt file
I have added no follow to every affiliate link in question

QUESTIONS:
1. Do you all think that having multiple outbound links to the same domain is hurting my page authority (rankings)

2. Is using a 301 redirect leaking some of my linkjuice to my affiliates (who are now outranking me in the SERPS)

3. Would using a 302 redirect stop the leak of linkjuice

4. Is having nofollow on so many links sending a message to google that I'm linking to questionable sources?

5. Is there a better way to deal with affiliate links using java script etc - something that google can't follow. Would this look suspicious to google?

Thanks

If Google likes your site it's REALLY nothing to worry about. If your content is borderline thin then you won't achieve anything by further masking your links. What I don't know for sure is whether having affiliate links on EVERY page is footprint, but I doubt it - I have a larger site like that running (low key) Ebay listings on pretty much every page and it's doing GREAT. BUT, Google considers it an authority site, and authority sites can get away with more, so I don't know where yours stands.

Who says you can't earn money as an eBay affiliate any more? My stats say otherwise
