Which keywords do you prefer to promote and why:keywords with high search volume or with medium search?

    When i search for keywords i don't rank them like that.

    I use a lot of research to find keywords ( wether high med or low ) that fall into the right factors i've set out.

    Like:
    1: The keyword must have ad's in google for that keyword. This way i'm sure related ad's will appear on my site
    2: The 1st page of google is not filled with PR5/6 sites. Once it low I can beat them.

    There are more factors. But you need to know what you can rank for yourself.

    I've ranked for High search keywords and low search one which bring in the same amount of income.

    As the start you should be going for low competition.

    Everyone wants to promote/rank for a high search keyword. But these tend to require more work. But it's possible.

    I think here we can't discuss whole keyword research stuff. But i can in short that we can target that keyword which has good search volume and less competition. Mainly 3-4 phases keywords like "Coupon for Amazon New York".

    May be this can help you to choose keywords for targeting your website.
